18 months before the event this Germany company announced it would be bringing their annual best client incentive to Venice preferred amongst 5 other European destinations.

The client requested a program that would both represent the destination and bring unexpected exclusive and less obvious elements.

Josephine identified the best elements of the program and worked hard to make sure she connected with the client and presented all options in an exciting way and as it usually happens at Anvideas, she ended up participating more as a client’s team versus a vendor.

The knowledge of the event and participants of the client together with our knowledge of the destination gave an exceptional result.

Program – The client selected our best suggestions that included a private viewing of St Marc’s Basilica, Michelin Starred Restaurants, cocktail in a private garden, a day on the beach of the lido with sport activities and open bar. The last day was dedicated to an excursion outside Venice, along the wine area of prosecco production where guests had the opportunity to drive Vespas and vintage cabrio cars until the lunch venue in a castle.

The feed-back was exceptional and the client is in touch for future events in Italy
